My classification(s) within USPSA division(s):

Limited: C
Production: C

My USPSA
Area is:
Area 4
How I first got into shooting:
I started shooting as an activity I could enjoy with my husband.
My preferred shooting
style:
I try really hard to shoot at the pace that allows me to be accurate. However, I shoot with a group of Master and A shooters and it makes it very hard not to go too fast. Therefore, I tend to shoot faster than I should.
Why I like shooting USPSA matches:
I like USPSA because you don't have to worry about wearing concealment or standing behind cover. The stages are always fun and creative. And most of all, it allows me to enjoy a sport with my husband.
My favorite USPSA event is:
Double Tap - They always have unique and challenging stages.
Additional Comments:

As a woman shooter, I would like women to know that I am an average shooter who enjoys the sport. Anyone can get into this sport. It is a great way to learn safe gun handling, practice shooting and meet a group of very friendly people. Don't be intimidated by the more advanced shooters, whether they be male or female. In this sport, you can shoot for your own gratification without being looked down upon by others. In fact, it amazes me that people are always willing to give advice to help you improve. For me, this sport is about spending time with my husband, and doing something I enjoy. I am not competitive to the point that I spend hours and hours practicing for a match, yet I still try to do my best.
